Our history

Nathalie is a jack-of-all-trades who leads a marketing team by day.

At night, she settles behind a worktop; robot, roller, flour, sugar and a thousand wonders that she creates in pastry, accompany her.

Self-taught, she reinvents the classics of cooking and brings her creativity to her flowery and tasty cakes.

She shares her favorites and her recipes every day on her blog, 'Nath and You' launched in 2015. She also talks about her travels and her life in Canada.

Finally, she loves vegetable milk lattes, the perfect drinks to accompany her shortbread biscuits!
